Jazz and Blues Unite This Sunday at P2!



You are invited to:
“A Musical Tribute to Famed Singer Patti Richards!"

The Jazz Alliance of Mid-Michigan [JAMM] and Perspective2 Invite you to join in celebrating the life and legacy of singer Patti Richards, one of Michigan’s most popular jazz artists––who loved singing the blues.

...This special evening will feature renown vocalists Sunny Wilkinson, Grammy-nominated artist Betty Joplin and awarding-winning singer Betty Baxter.

Musicians include: Jeff Kressler on piano, Rob Smith on trumpet, Joe Lulloff on saxophone, Sherm Mitchell on trombone, Gene Rebeck on bass and Larry Ochiltree on drums.

Advance online tickets are available through Saturday, Jan. 22nd at perspective2studio.com. Adults $20, Seniors/Students $12.

JAMM will also spotlight jazz guitarist, Alex Meijia from East Lansing High School, who is JAMM’s Sandy Izenson 2010 High School Student Scholarship recipient.

In addition to live music, guests are invited to take part in the silent auction, open throughout the evening. Money raised will benefit the Sandy Izenson Scholarship Fund.
